A rezoning application has been submitted for 215-229 East 13th Avenue in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal calls for a 21-storey mixed-use building containing 193 secured rental homes and commercial space at ground level. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
