A rezoning application for 365-395 West Broadway proposes a major mixed-use rental development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The original May 2025 application proposed a 32-storey building with 176 rental homes, ground-floor commercial space and second-floor office space.
Revised proposal
In January 2026, the application was revised to increase the density and residential unit count and remove the proposed second-floor office space.
