A rezoning application for 1470-1476 West Broadway proposes a major rental development along Vancouver’s Broadway corridor.
The proposal calls for a 38-storey mixed-use building containing 337 secured rental homes. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
