A rezoning application for 1365 West 12th Avenue proposes a new mixed-use rental development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal calls for a 20-storey mixed-use building containing 116 secured rental homes and commercial space on the ground floor. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
