A rezoning application for 1745 West 8th Avenue proposes a major two-tower mixed-use development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The original July 2025 application contemplated 28- and 29-storey buildings with 421 strata homes, 107 social housing units, live-work space and childcare.
Revised proposal
In March 2026, the application was revised following City staff review.

- Building heights up to approximately 104 metres (342 ft.)
Update: Council approved the application on June 3, 2026 following the June 2 Public Hearing.
