A rezoning application for 2225 West 8th Avenue proposes a new rental development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal calls for a 21-storey residential rental building containing 231 secured rental homes. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
