A rezoning application for 469-483 East 10th Avenue proposes a new rental development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal calls for a 17-storey residential rental building containing 138 secured rental homes. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
