The final draft of the Broadway Plan will be presented to Vancouver City Council on May 18, 2022. The Standing Committee on Policy and Strategic Priorities meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:30am.
The final draft of the Broadway Plan will become available to the public roughly on week prior to the meeting.
It will be interesting to see how public feedback/sentiment will affect the Broadway Plan. Pressure is also building from both the Federal and Provincial governments to deliver new housing, as they in turn feel pressure from voters due to sky high housing costs.
