A rezoning application has been submitted for 1855 West 2nd Avenue in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal calls for a 20-storey mixed-use rental building containing 171 secured rental homes and commercial space on the ground floor. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
