A rezoning application has been submitted for 2175 West 7th Avenue in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal is for a 20-storey residential rental building with 182 secured rental homes, including below-market rental floor area. The application proposes an FSR of 6.50 and a building height of approximately 66 metres.
The site is located in Kitsilano, north of West Broadway and within walking distance of the future Arbutus Station on the Broadway Subway.
