A revised rezoning application has been submitted for 1395 West Broadway. The new application seeks an increased in density from 8.65 FSR to 9.0 FSR as well as an increase in height from 300′ to 319′. The project will seek to add approximately 280,000 SF of new office space.
Vancouver’s Q2 office vacancy rate stands at 12.3%. It will be interesting to see if Yuanheng proceeds with the development of the project after entitling the site.
