A new rezoning application has been received for 2096 West Broadway & 2560-2576 Arbutus Street. This project is a Joint Venture between developer PCI and Translink.
Translink had previously acquired the former Fletchers drycleaning property at 2096 West Broadway. PCI acquired 2560 and a proposal was submitted to close the lane and combine the sites for a large purpose-built rental project under the Broadway Plan.
The project is seeking the following:
Max Height: 298 ft
Storeys: 30
Density: 11.40 FSR
Floor Area: 230,819 SF
Units: 260 secured rental (inc. 20% at below market rates)
This application will mark PCI’s second large scale project under the Broadway Plan.
