A rezoning application has been submitted for 1190 West 10th Avenue in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal is for a 21-storey mixed-use rental building with 172 secured rental homes and commercial space at ground level. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is proposed as below-market rental.
