A rezoning application for 1088 West 12th Avenue proposes a substantial mixed-use rental development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The application initially proposed a 24-storey building containing 295 rental homes, with 20% of the residential floor area for below-market units, together with ground-floor commercial space.
Updated proposal
Following December 2024 changes to the Broadway Plan that provided additional height flexibility for certain larger sites, the applicant updated the proposal in November 2025.
