A rezoning application for 1305-1325 West 13th Avenue proposes a new rental development in Vancouver’s Broadway Plan area.
The proposal calls for a 20-storey residential rental building containing 172 secured rental homes. Twenty per cent of the residential floor area is secured for below-market rental.
